Popeye`s Chicken in Dillon

The best. Better than the one in Stoney Creek. Lawd...

I was there late and the sandwich everyone brag3about was not good at all. I feel it had been under a heat lamp way too lo g.I was truly disappointed ☹

Wow from stepping into restaurant to the restrooms, lobby and what I can see behind counter needs major cleanup Smh!

Although i take partial blame. But nevertheless my order was incomplete.. Spent 29 dollars and 3 items were missed and on top of that i did not received napkins or straws.. by the time i noticed my family and i was well into north carolina... wasnt going to turnback.. hopefully the workers can be a little more attentive when filling out orders..

Chicken sandwich was fresh and good

Stopped here for a Couple of chicken sandwiches ( and a couple biscuits ) First I was greeted by Fatima then with a smile she took my order which was prepared by Mrs Mary . Both sandwiches were made to perfection and the taste was amazing. Due to the friendliness of these employees my family will stop here every time we travel through.

Can't get enough of that chicken. Yummm

We were on a long road trip and needed to stop for something to eat. Decided to see what all the hype was about with the Popeyes chicken sandwich. I was totally underwhelmed. Chicken had zero flavor but was cooked very well, tender and juicy. It was literally chicken, pickles and mayo on a roll. What is all of the fuss about? How could they not have any special sauce or any spice in their crispy batter?My wife had a quarter chicken and loved her chicken and sides. She said some of the best chicken she has ever had. I would rate this 2 stars and the wife rated it 4 so I gave an overall 3.

Poor poor service Need to teach them how to respond.Ask how long chicken had been cook.The cook states not long (pointing his finger).and its fresh.First off stay in the kitchen and do your job.Didn't have gravy but you could get mash potatoes. I replied. Are you paying for it.I won't what I pay for.No Exceptions.

Awful service and no fresh food. Red beans and rice used to be my favorite. It has been the worst the last few times I ate there. I will not go back at all. The beans were gray and the rice was undercooked.

Best apple pies in the country. Chicken aint bad either but who cares when the apple pies are so good.

Greeted as we entered. Food was so fresh fast and courteous emplyees. . Beware Becareful of footing because you could break a hip easily! The floor was very slippery/greasy!

Long long wait....drinks were out and no tea was available for a beverage. They really need to do better at this place. We were on our way from Charleston and if we would've known it was this bad we would've eaten at home

I had 3 chicken tenders. One was nothing but skin and batter. Didn't like the taste of chicken or honey mustard sauce.

Bread on Chicken Sandwich was a little soggy. Also they only accepted cash today.

The sandwich bread was stale and had been sitting under a heat lamp for so long the mayonnaise was beginning to separate. The french fries were limp and also had the texture that they had been fried hours previously. Everything was bland... a surprisingly bad meal

Food is good but the service can be better the people behind the counter were not friendly and were more busy socializing then working... also the store was not as clean as I would expect especially with all that is going on

The service at this Popeyes was awful! Tons of employees working, but no one wanted to help. Soda machine had no syrup in several flavors, no one could find any napkins, and there was food all over the floor in the back service area. Two of the specials on the board were no longer offered, and no alternative was offered. Management needs to step it up!

The service was awful and the meal I ordered was from earlier that day because it was greasy and upset my stomach. I'm not too fond of Popeyes Chicken

We went through the drive through but it was slow. But the food was hot and tasty.

This had to be the filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. There was garbage swept in piles in the cooking area, the restroom was using take out bags in the garbage containers. The sink and soap dispensers were coated with residue easily weeks old.The posted menu was outdated and when I asked for 3 pieces of chicken and a biscuit, the clerk said that I couldn't order that and had to order a dinner. Slow and unprofessional. Will not return (and it's right next to a Zaxby's, I just made the wrong choice.)

Their ice machine was broke. Their speaker at the drive through wasn't working right and I did not receive any of the dipping sauce I asked for.

Where do I begin mush for beansn rice a quart of gravy and some deluted potato's and the oily. Oilydrippin dried out chicken will not be visiting again,

The customer service and receiving drinks that were covered on the outside with splashes of soda give this place a lack of a star. Food was great... hot and delicious!

This used to be a great restaurant, but now it isTERRIBLE! What happened? Of my last 5 visits, 4 of the orders were incorrect. Today, after waiting over15 minutes in the drive through line, I approached the window to realize, again, the order was wrong and would take an additional 18 minutes to correct. Why doesnt this Dillon location have spicy chicken available at 5:30 pm? And almost always the orders are wrong - with either the total number of pieces being short of what was ordered, or the types of chicken being completly wrong. For example: I ordered an 8 piece chicken only, and while the clerk affirmed it will be two of each kind it had no chicken breast, and what is sold is sometimes cold. If you want Popeyes chicken, skip the Dillon restaurant and drive to the Florence location. And if you do visit the Dillon store be sure to check your order before you leave. This place is AWFUL!

Popeyes in Dillon sc always been nasty ever since they opened. They need to get rid of the whole staff that works there.

Promotion Deals need to be updated when released because I tried to order two different ones and neither were available. No napkins available and the soda machine was out of flavor. Disappointed.

2:30 on a Sunday after noon. Soda machine doesn't work at all, out of sweet tea, of course out of chicken sandwiches.

Went to try new spicy chicken sandwich and it was awesome!!! Worth the 20 minute drive. One of my new favorites!!!

Service and food were great, even in the middle of a pandemic, where everyone is wearing masks and keeping six feet apart. Those biscuits are to die for, and be careful of you think a small drink is SMALL: It was huge.

Food was good. But customer service was awful. Plus manager told someone to come out a clean up the dining area and 2 employees went and ate . 3 others turned around and ignored her. So no one ever cleaned up the pig sty out front

This is the second one we tried to get the TV specials. I want to try their ghost pepper tenders, but none of them around me offer the TV deals. We tried some of the other foods and just was not impressed with their food.

Stopped for lunch with my son and nephew. Foodand service very good. Spicy is very hot. Prices reasonable.
